Troop One of East Hartford CT

              The Order of the Arrow is an honorary camper's society based on native american lore. It was started in 1915 
and continues to be a group of devoted members working to promote camping and service with a smile! Being a semi secretive 
organization,little will be told here of the policies and practices of the Order.
                   Troop 1 members who have joined the Order of the Arrow belong to the Wilawi Chapter of the Tschitani Lodge.
